德阳市紧紧抓住“完善落实政策,开发就业岗位”这个重点,建立健全促进再就业的政策体系和工作机制,千方百计增加就业岗位,多渠道帮助下岗失业人员实现再就业。今年1至8月,全市新增就业18135人,其中下岗失业人员再就业达10361人,“4050”人员实现再就业1891人,城镇登记失业率控制在4.5%以内,保持了全市就业局势的基本稳定。
