患者女,45岁,因头昏、乏力、牙龈出血3月余而于1972年10月27日入院。体检:T 37.2℃,P92次,重度贫血貌,两颌下有蚕豆大小淋巴结3个。腹软,肝脾肋缘下未触及。四肢有散在性瘀点。实验室检查:Hb<3 g,RBC88万,WBC5800,原淋及幼淋63%,血小板6万。骨髓涂片有核细胞数极度增生,原淋64%,幼淋8%,过氧化酶染色阴性。粒细胞红细胞系受抑制,巨核细胞未见,血小板少见。诊断为急性淋巴细胞白血病,给予强的松10mg,每日二次,氨甲喋呤片每次5 mg,每日二次,6-MP每次50mg,每日
