一 前言 工业厂房的可靠性,直接关系到车间中生产工人、机器设备的安全。一座厂房的建设标准是与当时的生产力水平、技术标准相一致的,经过几十年的使用,工艺流程的改造,生产能力的提高,使得厂房处于超负荷状态下工作;不可否认,工程质量水平在各个不同的历史时期是不一样的,在不同的施工企业之间也是不一样的。如何保证工业厂房安全使用,国家出台了《工业厂房可靠性鉴定标准》GBJ144—90,在调查、检测的基础上,对工业厂房按现有的负荷水平进行承载能力复核;从各个子项目、项目的评定、统计汇总基础上,得出该厂房的鉴定等级,并就需要维修、加固的提出建议。笔者多年从事建筑工程质量的检测、鉴定工作,从工作中发现:人们普遍认为混凝土是一种永久性的结构材料,所以对混凝土的碳化、腐蚀、混凝土强度的降低等不加关注,对厂房提出可靠性鉴定往往由结构、构件的裂缝、倾斜等现象而起。本文介绍了58年建设的某铸工车间可靠性鉴定,以期引起人们对厂房的结构、支撑布置以及
I. INTRODUCTION The reliability of industrial plants is directly related to the safety of production workers and machinery and equipment in the workshop. The construction standard of a factory building is in line with the productivity level and technical standards at that time. After several decades of use, the transformation of the technological process and the improvement of production capacity, the plant is under overload; it is undeniable that the project quality level It is different from one historical period to the next, and it is different between different construction companies. How to ensure the safe use of industrial plants, the state issued the “Industrial Plant Reliability Evaluation Standards” GBJ144-90, based on the investigation, testing, the industrial plant according to the current level of load carrying capacity review; from various sub-projects, projects Based on the evaluation and statistical summary, the identification level of the plant is obtained, and proposals for maintenance and reinforcement are required. The author has been engaged in the inspection and appraisal of the quality of construction projects for many years. From his work, he discovered that people generally believe that concrete is a kind of permanent structural material, so it does not pay attention to the carbonation, corrosion of concrete, and the reduction of concrete strength. Reliability evaluation often starts from the phenomenon of cracks and tilting of structures and components. This paper introduces the reliability evaluation of a cast shop built in the past 58 years in order to arouse people’s structure and support arrangement of the factory building.
