我馆于1990年12月开办了第一期“农业科技文献检索与利用培训班”,采取的是和本院科技干部管理部门联合发通知,共同组织培训班的方式,读者自愿报名,没有行政手段干预。师资由本馆解决。由科技干部管理部门从科技干部培训费中拨专款用于培训班,对读者则是免费培训。未选用高校文检课的教材,而根据读者需要和实际水平及图书馆现有检索工具的状况自编了教材。教材的内容以实用为主。主要有: (1)本馆概况及与文献检索有关的图书馆基础工作原理。包括本馆的历史沿革、
