居民幸福感对社会的“共享式”与可持续发展具有重要意义。以新疆为例,从经济包容、生活与消费、公共服务、公共安全及生存环境幸福度五方面构建评价指标体系,采用熵权TOPSIS及GIS定量分析2005~2014年新疆居民幸福指数。研究表明:整体上,居民幸福指数缓中有稳,稳中有进,呈递增趋势;从地域来看,南北疆居民幸福指数的均值均以稳步提升的态势协同并进;从分类幸福度来看,经济包容幸福度、公共服务幸福度与总体居民幸福度呈“磨合型”态势,其它分类幸福度与其呈波动“倒挂型”态势;从空间布局来看,新疆各地州幸福指数呈现“大聚集,小连片,微散落”的空间分布态势。
Residents’ sense of wellbeing is of great significance to the “shared” and sustainable development of society. Taking Xinjiang as an example, this paper constructs the evaluation index system from the aspects of economic inclusion, life and consumption, public service, public safety and living environment happiness, and quantitatively analyzes the residents’ happiness index of Xinjiang from 2005 to 2014 by using TOPSIS and GIS. The research shows that: on the whole, the residents’ happiness index slows down moderately and steadily, showing an increasing trend; from the geographical point of view, the average happiness index of residents in both northern and southern Xinjiangs progress in a concerted manner; from the classification of happiness Looked at the economic inclusiveness of happiness, the public service happiness and the overall happiness of the residents was “fit in ” situation, other categories of happiness and its fluctuations “from the perspective of space layout, the happiness of all parts of Xinjiang The index shows the spatial distribution trend of ”big gathering, small connecting piece and slight scattering".
