本文根据内河不同吨位船舶法向接岸速度比较系统的观测资料,进行了统计分析并得出内河船舶法向接岸速度任意时点的分布服从极值Ⅰ型分布。采用滤过泊松过程作为该过程的概率模型求得了设计基准期内内河船舶法向接岸速度的统计特征值,并与现行港口工程技术规范的建议值进行了比较。
Based on the comparatively systematic observation data of the normal connecting speed of ships with different tonnages inland waterways, this paper makes a statistical analysis and finds that the distribution of the normal connecting speed of inland waterways follows the extremum type I distribution at any point. Using the filtered Poisson process as the probabilistic model of the process, the statistical eigenvalues of the normal shore speed of inland river vessels during the design base period were obtained and compared with the recommended values of the current port engineering specifications.
