全国政协副主席苏步青教授提出,弘扬茶文化也得从娃娃抓起,这具战略意义的号召,首先在上海得到响应。1992年,上海市茶叶学会和上海黄浦区青少年宫筹建了中国第一支少儿茶艺队,在短短的几年时间里,培训了1万多名小学三年级到初中二年级的学生。少儿茶艺队多次在国际茶文化节及有关会议上进行汇报表演,并到杭州等地交流表演,已在国内产生较大的影响,在国际上也享有一定的知名度。作为茶文化现象的新生事物,开展少儿茶艺活动,弘扬茶文化,不仅有现实意义,也具有历史意义。 一、继承和发展中华茶文化 茶文化源于中国,茶文化的历史源远流长。中华茶文化传播到世界各地,与当地的民族风情、宗教活动结合,形成了世界各国各具特色的茶风俗文化,例如,具有浓郁民族风格的日本茶道、韩国茶礼等都源于中国。中华民族悠久的历史,孕育了独特的中华茶文化,内容广泛,涉及科技教育、文化艺术、医学保健、历史、考古、经济贸易以及旅游出版等方面,形式丰富多彩,其中包括茶叶专著、茶诗茶词、茶歌茶舞、茶画、茶与婚礼、茶与佛教、茶艺、茶具、茶食等。中华茶文化作为传统文化的一部分,是民族文化的瑰宝,应得到继承和发扬。少儿茶艺是成人茶艺的延伸,既继承了茶文化的优秀部分,又充实了茶文化的内容。日本有中学生茶道,
