采用粉末冶金法制备30%B4C/6061Al复合材料坯料,经过二次加工(挤压+轧制)后得到复合材料板材,对板材进行T6(530℃保温2 h后中温水淬,175℃时效6.5 h)热处理。采用光学显微镜(OM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对热处理前后复合材料的微观组织形貌进行观察,运用显微硬度仪和万能拉伸试验机对复合材料的热处理前后的力学性能进行测试。结果表明:退火态时观察到再结晶晶粒和少量位错;时效态时观察到大量的位错和析出相。热处理状态对复合材料伸长率无明显的影响,但对材料的硬度和抗拉强度影响较大,B4C/6061Al复合材料经T6热处理后硬度和抗拉强度分别提高了15%和12%。
30% B4C / 6061Al composite billets were prepared by powder metallurgy method. After secondary processing (extrusion + rolling), composite plates were obtained. T6 (hot water quenching at 530 ℃ for 2 h, 175 ℃ aging 6.5 h) heat treatment. The microstructures of the composites before and after heat treatment were observed by optical microscope (OM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The mechanical properties of composites before and after heat treatment were tested by using microhardness tester and universal tensile tester. The results show that recrystallized grains and a few dislocations are observed in the as-annealed state and a large number of dislocations and precipitates are observed in the aged state. The heat treatment state had no obvious effect on the elongation of composite but had a great effect on the hardness and tensile strength of the composite. The hardness and tensile strength of B4C / 6061Al composite increased by 15% and 12% respectively after T6 heat treatment.
