军事科学院红山机械厂同解放军八一体工队卫生科、解放军总医院等单位协作,吸取国内牵引机械和日本电动间歇牵引装置等各方面的优点,最近研制成功QZ80-I型自控牵引床。该牵引床由操作台、控制柜、床身、牵引装置、颈牵吊架、按摩装置及牵具等7个部分组成。整个机器操作完全通过电气装置自动控制。其技术性能:腰椎牵引力为20～80公斤,颈椎牵引力为5～30公斤,牵引力量和牵引时间可任意选择。既可做持续牵引,也可做间歇牵引。持续牵引(1次治疗)总时间可从2～60分钟内任意选择;间歇牵引、间歇松开的时间可从2～30秒钟范围内任意调整。腰部按摩频率有每分钟31次和45次两种。在牵引过程中如病人捆带松动或因其他原因引起的力量不足,即可由电控自动补偿,以保证牵引力均衡不变。此机
