一、对一九八六年工作的回顾一九八六年,是我省水利工作出现新转机的一年,主要农现在:(一)超额完成了各项计划任务桃曲坡水库已全部竣工,东雷抽黄原上部分和引酉工程也接近了尾声。群众性的水利建设出现了新高潮,春季和冬季发动了一、二百万劳力上陈,大搞农村水利建设,共完成土石方工程量7490万立方米,恢复了近百万亩灌溉面积,完成灌区平整土地40万亩,为计划任务的114%;一些地方出现了打井和机井测试改造小热潮,新增配套机井2005眼,测试改造机井2330眼,均超额完成了计划。全省新增有效灌溉面积27.55万亩,累计达到1867.7万亩。同时
