目的观察臭氧液治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床疗效。方法确诊为宫颈HPV单一亚型感染的75例患者,按照编号随机分为治疗Ⅰ组、治疗Ⅱ组和对照组,治疗Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组给予臭氧液冲洗阴道及宫颈外口,疗程不同。对照组不使用任何药物,分别于治疗后3、6个月后复查3组HPV亚型检测。结果治疗3个月后,治疗Ⅰ组HPV转阴率为69.23%,对照组的自然消退率41.66%,二者无统计学差异(P>0.05)。6个月后,治疗Ⅰ组HPV转阴率为88.46%,对照组HPV转阴率为57.14%,二者有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗Ⅰ组与治疗Ⅱ组HPV转阴率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论臭氧液冲洗阴道及宫颈外口,能以氧化作用直接破坏高危型HPV-DNA物质进而灭活,达到清除HPV病毒的作用,HPV转阴效果明显,可以在临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ozone solution in the treatment of cervical papillomavirus (HPV) infection. Methods A total of 75 patients with cervical single subtype HPV infection were randomly divided into treatment group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ and control group according to their numbers. Groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were treated with ozonated solution to wash the vagina and cervix outside the mouth. The courses of treatment were different. The control group did not use any drugs, respectively, 3,6 months after treatment, review of three groups of HPV subtypes. Results After 3 months of treatment, the negative conversion rate of HPV in treatment group Ⅰ was 69.23%, and that in control group was 41.66%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). After 6 months, the rate of HPV negative conversion in group Ⅰ was 88.46%, and that in control group was 57.14%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in HPV negative conversion rate between treatment group I and treatment group II (P> 0.05). Conclusion Ozone solution rinses the vagina and cervix outside the mouth, which can directly destroy the high-risk HPV-DNA substance by oxidation and inactivate it. It achieves the function of eliminating HPV virus. The HPV negative effect is obvious and can be popularized and applied clinically.
