1978年,十一届三中全会的伟大历史性决策把中国推上了震古烁今的改革开放征程。三十年,斗转星移,中国已今非昔比,翻天覆地。人均国内生产总值从381元上升到1.89万元,经济总量在全球排名从第10位上升到第4位,对外贸易总额从206亿美元上升到2.17万亿美元,城乡居民收入分别从343元和134元上升到13786元和4140元,贫困人口从2.5亿人减少到1479万人。30年间,中国经济增长速度达到年均9.8%,是改革开放前年均增速的1.6倍,是同期世界经济年均增速的3.27倍。正如十七大报告中指出的——新时期最显著的成就是快速发展。
In 1978, the great historic decision-making of the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee put China on a journey of reform and opening up that shook the ancient time. Thirty years, the twists and turns, China has shrunk now, earthshaking. GDP per capita increased from 381 yuan to 18,900 yuan, the total global economy rose from 10 to 4 in the global rankings, and the total volume of foreign trade rose from 20.6 billion U.S. dollars to 2.17 trillion U.S. dollars. The incomes of urban and rural residents increased from 343 Yuan and 134 yuan rose to 13786 yuan and 4140 yuan, the poverty-stricken population reduced from 250 million to 14.79 million. In 30 years, China’s economic growth reached an average annual rate of 9.8%, 1.6 times the average annual growth rate before the reform and opening up and 3.27 times the annual average growth rate of the world economy during the same period. As pointed out in the report of the 17th National Congress of the CPC - the most remarkable achievement of the new era is the rapid development.
