一、序言上肢的主要神经(桡神经、正中神经和肌皮神经)的肌支测量,前人Linell,Feintein,Highet,Hughes和Ray诸氏都先后作过,最早的要算Linell(1921)氏,但他仅测量某一肌支自发出点至肌肉之间的垂直距离,因而不能确知肌支纤维的真实长度,因为大多数肌支并非沿上肢某一水平垂直至肌肉的。此外,Linell也曾未注意到某一肌肉的若干肌支(多肌支的)源出处之间的距离的意义,因为这些肌支中的第一支并不是至某一肌的最短的一支。其后Seddon,Medawar和Smith(1943)曾先后用Linell及Feintein等所测量的数值去研究上肢神经的再生问题,结果都产生极大的错误,总之,当时尚无正确
I. Preface The measurement of muscular branches of the main nerves of the upper extremities (radial nerve, median nerve and musculocutaneous nerve) has been done by Linell, Feintein, Highet, Hughes and Ray Zhu’s predecessors. The earliest one was Linell (1921) , But he only measured the vertical distance between the point of origin of a certain muscle branch and the muscle and therefore did not know the true length of the muscle branch because most of the branches are not perpendicular to the muscle along a certain level of the upper limb. In addition, Linell also failed to notice the significance of the distance between several sources of muscle branching (muscular branching) in one muscle, since the first of these muscular branches is not the shortest one to a muscle .
