第一章 总则 第一条 中国劳动保护工业企业协会,简称中国劳保企协。英文译名:CHINA ASSOCIATION OF LABOUR PROTECTION ENTERPRISE。 第二条 中国劳保企协是由全国劳动防护和安全产品的生产、经营企业及其从事教学、科研、检测、管理等单位的企业家、工程技术人员、专家学者自愿组成的,具有独立社团法人资格的全国性社会、经济技术团体。业务上接受中华人民共和国劳动部指导。
