虽然大多效早期原发性高血压患者临床常规检查肾功能正常,有报道未经治疗的患者中42%有肾功能损害。滴注氨基酸是一项测定肾功能储备的指标,正常人滴注氨基酸后肾小球滤过率(GFR)明显增加。本文对一组肾功能看来正常的原发性高血压患者,采用短期滴注氨基酸以观察其肾功能的储备状况。观察组31例(男26,女8)为轻、中度原发性高血压不伴肾功能损害。对照组22例(男15,女7)。取仰卧位休息20min后测血压至少2次。采用8.5%氨基酸(内含13种氨基酸)以1.5ml/min速度于4h内滴完。滴注前后测肌酐清除率(Ccr)、β_2微球蛋白(β_2M)、
Although most patients with early-stage essential hypertension routinely check for renal function, 42% of untreated patients reported renal impairment.
