作者对152名男性志愿受试者(年龄20~43.5岁)、其中51名非职业性铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)接触者(为对照组)及101名职业性铅接触者的生殖功能进行了调查。取静脉血及精液进行以下各项检查: 血铅水平:血铅(PbB)、ALAD、红细胞锌原卟啉(EP)、Hb和红细胞比积(Hct);精液质量:精液量、精子总数、精子存活数、活动精子数与精子形态,LDH-x、果糖、锌、磷酸及柠檬酸含量;同时测定血镉(CdB)水平:53名非吸烟者为0.5(0.2~2.8)μg/L,99名吸烟者为3.4(0.5~13.3)μg/L。结果两个组工人精液质量与血铅水平各参数与组间差异显著性列于表1。
