研究了meso-四(4-羟基-3-磺酸苯基)卟啉[简称T(4-HP)PS_4]与Ni(Ⅱ)的显色反应,在非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100,Cd(Ⅱ)盐和咪唑存在下,溶液pH 9.25±0.25时,在沸水浴中加热6min、Ni(Ⅱ)与T(4-HP)PS_4、Triton X-100形成多元配合物。表观摩尔吸光系数为2.23×10~5。Ni(Ⅱ)在0~70μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律。用锌试剂负载树脂有效地分离了干扰严重的Cu(Ⅱ),成功地测定了工业电镀废水中低含量镍。
The color reaction of meso-tetrakis (4-hydroxy-3-sulfo-phenyl) porphyrin [T 4-HP PS 4] with Ni (Ⅱ) In the presence of Cd (Ⅱ) salt and imidazole, Ni (Ⅱ) and T (4-HP) PS_4 and Triton X-100 formed multi-component complexes by heating in boiling water bath at pH 9.25 ± 0.25. The apparent molar absorptivity is 2.23 × 10 ~ 5. Beer’s law is obeyed for Ni (Ⅱ) in the range of 0 ~ 70μg / 25ml. The Cu (Ⅱ) with high interference was effectively separated by using zinc reagent loaded resin, and the low nickel content in industrial electroplating wastewater was successfully determined.
