在我国社会经济、社会政治、人民经济文化生活水平、人文素质教育都高速发展的今天,我们国家也出现了不可避免的社会分层现象,并且这种现象也越来越明显。这种社会现象的出现对我国社会的方方面面都产生了巨大的影响,尤其是在我国的教育领域这一方面,在社会分层现象的影响下出现了很大的变化,在高职教育中,这种变化尤为明显。特别是对高职教育的思想政治教育的影响最为突出。这样,就对高职教育的政治思想教育提出了新的要求,在这样的社会大环境下,作为高职教师,我们需要开拓我们的教学思路,创新我们的教学方法,提高我们的教学水平,跟上社会的步伐,重视对学生的思想政治教育,并对应这种在社会影响下出现的学生分层现象进行积极地创新教育教学方式,加深对社会的认同感,提高对社会主义制度的信任感,为社会的建设添砖加瓦。
