8月24日,《国务院关于进一步扩大和升级信息消费持续释放内需潜力的指导意见》发布,提出到2020年,使我国信息消费达到6万亿元以上规模。2016年,我国信息消费对全社会生产效率提升的作用达到35%,已成为促进新经济产生的重要动力。信息消费包括信息产品消费和信息服务消费两部分,前者如买手机、电脑等硬件,后者如在网上付费听音乐、看电影等消费活动。
On August 24, the “Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Further Expanding and Upgrading the Potential of Domestic Demand for Sustained Release of Information Consumption” was released and proposed that by 2020, China’s information consumption should reach over 6 trillion yuan in scale. In 2016, the role of information consumption in our country in raising the productivity of society as a whole has reached 35% and has become an important driving force for promoting the new economy. Information consumption includes consumption of information products and consumption of information services in two parts, the former such as buying mobile phones, computers and other hardware, which pay online such as listening to music, watching movies and other consumer activities.
