最近,由建始县长梁乡工会联合会牵头组织的工亡事故调查处理专班赴广东省梅川市,为因工死亡者程德平索回152300元各项补助费。2004年6月10日,建始县长梁乡工会联合会接到本乡盛竹办事处程祖忠报案:长梁乡独树子村13组村民程德平,在广东省天汕高速公路梅州城东至扶大段 D 标桥涵施工队挖基坑时因工死亡。接到报案后,乡工会联合会立即将此情况向乡党委汇报。经乡党委领导研究决定,组成由乡工会联合会副主席李正东牵头,乡劳动保障所所长程德孝、司法所律师李杰锋、家属代理程祖忠等参与的四人事故调查处理小组,连夜赶
