随着医学及医疗环境的日益变化和不断发展,对急重症监护病房(ICU)经济性的探讨变得越来越重要。日文仅根据医院的现状,对此做一探讨。本院ICU 的特征本院现有1400张床位,ICU 是在4年前做为增加的床位而设置的,当时包括烧伤专科在内有28张床位。目前有18张床位做为ICU 在使用,其中8个床位是集中管理病床,其他特别管理病床,同时也接收恕救部的重症患者。奉院还增设了新生儿ICU 及专为接收心脏外科术后患者、心肌梗塞患者的冠心病监护病房(CCU)。本院历来都积极
