1.研制背景三菱电机生产的电子机械产品在和众多的生产厂竞争中要求可靠性高、价格低、新产品投入市场早。因此,对作为大负荷生产装备的模具,也同时要求精度高、价格低和周期短,特别是现在,为了实现产品轻薄短小、生产合理而正在发展塑料化,型腔模具的需要量迅速增长。对这类模具实现高精度化、低价格化和短周期化,正成当务之急。这种情况下,模具工厂要以下列三项工作为中心,不断向自动化工广(FA)变革。①应用CAD/CAM,实现设计高效率化,协调设计和制造的合理化。②应用NC机床,扩大无人加工,提高加工精度。
1. Development Background Electronic machinery products manufactured by Mitsubishi Electric require high reliability and low prices in competition with a large number of manufacturing plants, and new products are put on the market early. Therefore, as a heavy load production equipment, molds, while also requiring high precision, low price and short cycle, especially now, in order to achieve product light and short, reasonable production and is developing plastic, the rapid growth in the demand for cavity mold. To achieve such high precision molds, low price and short cycle, is a top priority. Under such circumstances, the mold factory should focus on the following three tasks and continuously change to the automation industry (FA). ① application of CAD / CAM, to achieve high design efficiency, coordination of design and manufacture of rationalization. ② Application of NC machine tools to expand unmanned processing and improve processing accuracy.
