大学生流动党员的教育与管理成为高校党建工作的一个新课题。新时期,随着高职教育学生实习实训工作的开展,形成了高职学生管理和党员教育管理难点,不同程度存在着教育管理不到位的现象。本文通过对高职院校学生流动党员的调查,分析学生流动党员形成的原因以及群体特点,针对其管理难点提出教育管理对策,旨在引起高校党务工作者对此项工作的重视及提供可行性建议,不断建立和完善相关管理制度,创新学生流动党员管理方式。
