我们学院共有389名学员,其中学习武术套路的共有290人,分为9个班,我带的是7班。套路七班的学员是小学五年级和六年级的学生,共计68人。学员来自五湖四海,秉性各异,很难管理。为了使他们能掌握一定的武术技能,培养集体主义观念,我主要做了以下几方面的工作:一、严肃纪律。学员初入学时,纪律都很差。每天训练前,光集合站队就得十几分钟。我讲课时,有些学员不但不认真听讲、看我做示范,还在底下说话、打闹。针对这种情况,我一方面给孩子们讲道理,教育他们珍惜时间,珍惜学习机会;一方面制定了处罚措施,对不认真训练的学员严肃处理。
We have a total of 389 students, of whom 290 are studying Wushu routines. They are divided into 9 classes and I have 7 classes. The seven classes of routine students are fifth and sixth grade primary school students, a total of 68 people. Students come from all corners of the globe, different nature, difficult to manage. In order to enable them to master certain martial arts skills and cultivate the concept of collectivism, I mainly did the following work: First, serious discipline. When students enter school, discipline is poor. Every day before training, light collection station team had ten minutes. When I was lecturing, some students not only did not listen carefully, they saw me as a demonstration, but they also talked and slapped down. In view of this situation, on the one hand, I give my children reason and educate them to cherish their time and cherish their learning opportunities. On the one hand, they have put in place sanctions so that students who are not serious enough will be dealt with seriously.
