我院是交通部直属科研单位,从1984年起,实行企业化管理,隶属交通部二航局领导。“八五”期间,我们在总结“八五”两个文明建设的同时,制定了“九五”发展计划,明确提出了两个文明建设的奋斗目标。在精神文明建设方面,我院开展了参与地方为主的创建文明单位工作,1996年争创武昌区文明单位,“九五”期间争创武汉市级文明单位。1996年初,我们院把创建区级文明单位列入年度方针目标,制定了相应的实施计划,切实落实“重在建设”和“两手抓、两手都要硬”的方针。经过一年的努力,我院的两个文明建设都取得了较显著的进步,1996年全面完成了各项工作指标,生产创历史最好水平。精神文明建设工作,经过区文明办检查验收,给予了充分肯定,使精神文明建设又上了一个新台阶。 我们院在1993年,就提出了建设“团结、廉洁、艰苦创业”的领导班子。在市场经济条件下,企业领导班子是否团结,尤其是党政一把手之间团结的好坏,不仅体现出领导干部的政治思想素质,而且也反映了领导干部的世界观。随着改革开放的进一步深化,享乐主义、拜金主义等资产阶级腐朽思想也随之
Our hospital is directly under the Ministry of Science and Research Unit, from 1984 onwards, the implementation of enterprise management, under the leadership of the Second Air Traffic Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation. During the period of the Eighth Five-Year Plan, we summed up the building of the two civilizations during the Eighth Five-Year Plan and formulated the Ninth Five-Year Plan for Development. We clearly set forth the objective of the two civilizations. In the construction of spiritual civilization, our institute carried out the work of creating civilized units that mainly took part in the local area. In 1996, it strived for civilized units in Wuchang District and waged civil-level civilizations in Wuhan during the Ninth Five-Year Plan period. In early 1996, our hospital included the goal of establishing a district-level civilized unit in the annual policy and formulated a corresponding implementation plan to earnestly implement the principle of “focusing on construction” and “grasping both hands with both hands”. After a year of hard work, both civilizations in our hospital made remarkable progress. In 1996, they completed various work targets and achieved the best record in history. The work of building spiritual civilization has been affirmed fully by the inspection and acceptance of the district civilized office and the construction of spiritual civilization has again reached a new level. In 1993, our hospital proposed the establishment of a leadership team of “unity, integrity and arduous pioneering”. Under the condition of market economy, whether the leading bodies of enterprises are uniting with one another, especially the solidarity among party and government leaders, reflects not only the political and ideological qualities of leading cadres, but also the world outlook of leading cadres.
