应用Nissl法和Golgi法观测了正常大鼠(1组)及脑缺血30min,60min,90min大鼠(2,3,4组)的海马神经元的形态及密度。结果表明:缺血后海马内大部分神经元出现胞体严重空泡化,树突结节化,树突棘脱落。随着缺血时间延长,各种变化加剧。3、4组海马的神经元密度明显小于1,2组(P<0.01),而在Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组之间及Ⅲ组与Ⅳ组之间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。本文对神经元的缺血损伤机理,神经元形态变化对海马功能的影响等进行了讨论。
Nissl method and Golgi method were used to observe the morphology and density of hippocampal neurons in normal rats (group 1) and rats with cerebral ischemia 30min, 60min and 90min (groups 2,3,4). The results showed that most of the neurons in the hippocampus had severe vacuolization, dendritic nodular degeneration and dendritic spines. With the extension of ischemic time, various changes intensified. The density of neurons in hippocampus in groups 3 and 4 was significantly lower than that in groups 1 and 2 (P <0.01), but there was no significant difference between group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ (P> 0.05 ). This article discusses the neuronal ischemic injury mechanism, neuronal morphological changes in the function of the hippocampus were discussed.
