农村教师队伍建设是发展农村教育事业的关键,我国目前农村教师队伍建设中依然存在较为严峻的现实问题。本文通过简介目前农村教育中存在的教师队伍建设问题,分析国家关于农村教师队伍建设的专项政策,目的在于理顺农村教师队伍建设中的基本问题和政策保障,实现农村教师队伍建设的理想目标。
The construction of the contingent of rural teachers is the key to the development of rural education. There are still some serious practical problems in the construction of rural teachers in our country at present. By introducing the current problems in the construction of teachers in rural education and analyzing the special policies of the state on the construction of rural teachers, the purpose of this paper is to rationalize the basic problems and policies in the construction of rural teachers and to achieve the ideal goal of building rural teachers.
