一、问题的提出 这台卷扬机是洛阳矿山机器厂1972年访苏的第一批多绳卷扬机,安装在我矿东主井,是全矿唯一的提矿卷扬机。使用中出现了不少问题,主要如下: 1.井塔振动严重,影响设备性能的发挥,致使井塔建筑受损。这台卷扬机采用中心对称传动式ZG90型减速器(见图1),由一个输入小齿轮将动力同时传给对称的两个大齿轮,再由同轴的第二级两个小齿轮传给输出轴大齿轮,输入输出轴在同一轴线上。为了解决两对齿轮受力不均问题,将第一级大齿轮与第二级小齿轮之间的传动轴设计成弹性轴,使制造误差引起的受力不均匀问题降低到最小程度。但在实际使用中又带来了另一个弊病,由于弹性轴刚度小,在较大扭矩下会产生较大的扭转变形,再加上弹簧支座的减速器支承形式,同时伴随着减速器机体的转动变形。这
