用扫描透射电子显微镜(STEM)综合分析研究改型Inconel718合金中γ′/γ″纳米级复合相的形态、成分及晶体结构特征。采用大角暗场像(HAADF)及入射电子束斑直径为1纳米的无窗口X射线能谱(EDS)分析。研究结果表明合金中微量元素Al,Ti及Nb含量及相对比例改变,对γ′/γ″相复合析出及形态有很大的影响
The morphology, composition and crystal structure of the γ ’/ γ "nanocomposite phase in the modified Inconel 718 alloy were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The dark field image (HAADF) and incident electron beam spot diameter Windowless X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) analysis.The results show that the contents and relative proportions of Al, Ti and Nb in the alloy have a great influence on the composite precipitation and morphology of γ ’/ γ phase
