目前,国内大、中、小型尿素企业有数百家,其中,大型尿素装置超过30套,基本上都是采用造粒塔进行尿素造粒。许多老式造粒塔属于A型结构,塔体高度低,顶侧排气,所排放的尾气粉尘含量相对较高。由于不同地区的自然条件不同,一般排放浓度在300~600mg/m3。新型造粒塔为B型结构,塔体相对较高,顶中排气,尾气排放粉尘浓度相对较低,一般在100~300mg/m3。而发达国家尿素粉尘排放指标为小于50mg/m3。由于认识水平以及治理粉尘技术方面的问题,大多数尿素企业仍维持现状继续生产。随着环保要求越来越严格,不少企业对尿素尾气粉尘排放越来越重视,已开始组织技术力
