中枢内抑制性递质—r—氨基丁酸对抗剂印防己毒在体时对大鼠、猫等的血压和心率有双相性影响,即,用药之初,使血压和心率降低,继而又高于正常水平。迄今尚无文献报道印防己毒对离体蛙心有无直接作用。行离体蛙心插管,经换能器输入生理多导仪,记录心率和收缩力;悬浮式玻璃微电极记录心室肌动作电位,用微机实时分析。印防己毒剂量为1.5,3.0,6.0,和12.0mg/kg。用给药前后自身对比行t检验。 结果表明,印防已毒对离休蛙心有直接作用。1)对心脏的特殊传导系统有抑制的作用,表现为完全性传导阻滞和部分传导阻滞。敏感的部位是房室结和静脉窦。2)减心率作用,使窦性心率明显减慢,但没有在体情况时的双相性变化。3)使心脏的收缩力下降,提示可能影响动作电位期间钙内流。4)使动作电位幅度下降,但对最大去极速度无明显影响,提示印防己毒可能影响休止电位的水平,但对零期没有影响。
