以自制的硫酸氢钠为催化剂,以冰乙酸与乙醇为原料合成了乙酸乙酯。最佳反应条件为:以0.2摩尔乙醇为基准,醇酸摩尔比为1∶1.5,催化剂用量为1.2g,反应温度控制在80℃回流温度。酯收率最高可达到82.4%。
Using self - made sodium bisulfate as catalyst, ethyl acetate was synthesized from glacial acetic acid and ethanol. The optimal reaction conditions are as follows: the molar ratio of alcohol to acid is 1: 1.5, the amount of catalyst is 1.2g and the reaction temperature is controlled at 80 ℃. The ester yield can reach up to 82.4%.
