高校教师党支部是高校基层党组织的重要组成部分,教师党支部书记肩负着支部日常工作的领导和组织工作,是高校党委和党支部之间的桥梁纽带。新形势下,面对复杂多变的党建工作环境,高校教师党支部书记选配如何必将对高校党建工作产生重大的影响。基于此,针对新时期高校教师党支部书记的选配工作状况进行分析,并就如何选配提出相关建议。
Party branch of college teachers is an important part of grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities.
