硫酸盐蔗渣浆经过臭氧精炼氧化和PFI磨浆得到的微晶纤维素,和市场上购买的微晶纤维素,经过不同浓度的硫酸预处理,再经过动态高压微射流均质机的纤维细化处理,通过单因素对比实验,得出实验的最佳条件为:预处理硫酸浓度为60%,高压均质处理纤维浓度是1/800,均质次数为16次,均值压力为124MPa,以上实验条件下,实验室自制所得微晶纤维素、山东微晶纤维素和江苏微晶纤维素制备的纳米纤维素的平均粒径大小分别是12.3nm,43.6nm和86.3nm。
