以工程造价专业为例,阐述了本校“为企业定制员工”人才培养模式探索与实践的改革路径。结果表明,“为企业定制员工”的人才培养模式适合现代市场就业趋势,是实现真正技能型人才培养的有效途径。
Taking the engineering cost professional as an example, this paper expounds the reform path of exploring and practicing the personnel training mode of “customizing employees for enterprises”. The result shows that the talent training mode of “customizing staff for enterprises” is suitable for the employment trend in the modern market and is an effective way to realize the cultivation of real skilled talents.
