[目的]为了减少化学药剂使用,发挥生物防治效果,进行了地衣芽孢杆菌抗菌蛋白与化学药剂复配对灰葡萄孢菌(Botrytis cinerea)的增效试验。[方法]采用菌落直径抑制法测定了地衣芽孢杆菌抗菌蛋白与化学药剂腐霉利、啶酰菌胺复配对灰葡萄孢菌的增效作用。[结果]测定结果表明:抗菌蛋白、腐霉利、啶酰菌胺各单剂对灰葡萄孢菌的EC50值分别为30.2799、1.2495、3.0067 mg/L。当抗菌蛋白与腐霉利以1∶1或1∶5比例复配时,EC50值分别为1.0416、4.4056 mg/L,共毒系数均大于120,表现为增效作用。比较这2个组合,以1∶1比例复配的增效作用最强,共毒系数最高,达230.4114。抗菌蛋白与啶酰菌胺复配,没有增效作用。
[Objective] In order to reduce the use of chemical agents and exert the biological control effect, the synergistic effect of Bacillus licheniformis antimicrobial protein and chemical agent on Botrytis cinerea was carried out. [Method] The synergism of Bacillus licheniformis antibacterial protein with chemical agent of Pythium and Boscalid on Botrytis cinerea was determined by colony diameter inhibition method. [Result] The results showed that the EC50 values of single antibacterial protein, procymidone and boscalid against Botrytis cinerea were 30.2799, 1.2495 and 3.0067 mg / L, respectively. When the antimicrobial protein and the ratio of Pythium to compound 1: 1 or 1: 5, the EC50 values were 1.0416, 4.4056 mg / L, the co-toxicity coefficient was greater than 120, showing a synergistic effect. Comparing the two combinations, the synergistic effect with the ratio of 1: 1 is strongest, with the highest co-toxicity coefficient, reaching 230.4114. Antimicrobial protein and boscalid compound, no synergistic effect.
