央视自2011年8月中旬启动“走基层”报道以来,记者编辑全员参与、深入基层一线,用切身的体验去记录和感受群众的真实生活和基层的真实状态。“走转改”即将满一周年,整整一年的走基层实践让参与者无论从思想认识还是新闻业务方面都获得脱胎换骨的改造与提升。走基层报道不仅仅是电视表达方式的转换,更是新闻从业者价值观、新闻观的重塑,而这种重塑是一种外力无法强加的自我选择。
