一我国集邮活动自上个世纪七八十年代复苏以后,由于政治环境逐渐宽松、经济生活迅速发展,人们对物质生活和精神生活的需求空前提高,集邮者从封闭了多年的环境中走出来,寻求交流和发展,他们或自发连络起来,或者在文化部门、工会、邮政部门有识之士的支持鼓励下组织起来,各类集邮组织如雨后春笋般成立,一时间曾形成相当的规模,在当时发挥着推动和宣扬集邮的巨大作用。
