我厂的新领导班子去年3月1日开始工作。六名领导成员中有两名是新提上来的知识分子。我和佟瑞林厂长都年过五十,和新进班子的知识分子比,是老一点的。所以我们想如何使这两名同志充分发挥作用,尽快成长起来,是我们义不容辞的责任。因此,从新班子一组成,我们就下决心把支持新干部、信任新干部,让他们在实践中增长才干,大胆工作,建立威信,作为提高我们领导班子素质的一件大事来抓。
The new leadership of our factory started its work on March 1 last year. Two of the six leaders are newly recruited intellectuals. Tong Rui and I have factory managers over 50 years, and the new team than the intellectuals, is the older point. Therefore, it is our unshirkable responsibility that we think how we can give full play to these two comrades and grow up as soon as possible. Therefore, following the formation of a new team, we are determined to support new cadres, trust new cadres, and enable them to grow their talents in practice, work diligently and establish prestige as a major task in enhancing the quality of our leadership.
