本课题组在对我国机械工业部分大中企业进行连续四年调查的基础上,采用定量分析与定性推理相结合的方法,着重对企业技术进步进行研究,提出了一些近期内有可能采取的解决问题的方法和途径。
Based on four consecutive surveys of some large and medium-sized enterprises in China’s machinery industry, the task force adopted a combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative reasoning.
