研究了3003铝合金在热变形前后的显微组织及硬度变化。结果表明,热变形温度越高,应变速率越小,3003铝合金动态再结晶的晶粒尺寸越大,显微硬度越小。
The microstructures and hardness changes of 3003 aluminum alloy before and after hot deformation were studied. The results show that the higher the thermal deformation temperature is, the smaller the strain rate is. The larger the grain size of the dynamic recrystallization of 3003 aluminum alloy is, the smaller the microhardness is.
