雷公藤生药的毒副作用已有报道,但其成药而且在同一患者同时引起多系统损害者则未见诸文献。现将我科所见一例报告如下: 患儿,男,5岁。入院前5个月因浮肿、大量蛋白尿,当地医院诊断为“肾病综合征”服用强的松每日15毫克共3月余。因疗效欠佳于病程第4月起加服雷公藤成药每日3片,分3次口服。服药后第3日出现恶心呕吐,第7日起面部、臀部、双下肢反出现暗红色多形性红斑,伴有瘙痒,此后时有长出气及乏力。第65日出现腹痛伴鲜血便及大量鼻衄,因出血不止于1991年1月26日急诊收住我科。既往体健,无特殊病史及家族史。入院查体:急性病容,神志清,体温38.1℃,呼吸、脉搏、血压均正常。体重15公斤,发育中等,营 The toxic side effects of Tripterygium raw herbs have been reported, but the literature has not been reported for their use as a medicament and for causing multiple systemic lesions in the same patient at the same time.
