汶川8.0级大地震,举国同哀。面对巨灾,中国政府在第一时间全面公开信息,凝聚抗灾力量。有关地震的海量信息通过互联网、电视、广播、平面媒体、手机短信等途径,以最快的速度传到全国人民的身边。有了及时准确的信息公开,民众始终跑在“谣言”之前,最大限度减少了怀疑和恐慌,凝聚起力量和信心。中央政府及救灾各方率先垂范,在抗震救灾中成功践行了5月1日实施的《政府信息公开条例》(以下简称条例),成为政府信息公开的范本。
Wenchuan 8.0 earthquake, the whole country with the sad. In the face of catastrophe, the Chinese government fully and openly disclosed information and gathered the amount of resistance to disasters. Massive information about the earthquake has spread to the people around the country as fast as possible through the Internet, television, radio, print media, and mobile messaging. With the timely and accurate disclosure of information, the public has always run ahead of “rumors,” minimizing suspicion and panic, and pooling strength and confidence. The central government and disaster relief parties took the lead in setting examples and successfully implemented the “Regulations on the Disclosure of Government Information” (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) implemented on May 1 in the earthquake relief work as a template for the government to disclose information.
