教师素质提升是学校特色发展的催化剂,而校本教研是在职教师能力发展的有效途径之一。根据学校国际化进程中教师专业发展的现状,广东华侨中学课题组通过问卷调查和访谈构建教师核心能力要素,包括教学能力、课程能力、科研能力、跨文化传播能力、合作交流能力和工具应用能力六大方面。课题组进一步构建校本教研模型并设置五大主题项目作为校本教研实施载体,围绕学校国际化进程的共同愿景和教师核心能力的提升而展开。实践证明,聚焦教师核心能力的校本教研增强了教师专业发展的积极性、自觉性和主动性。
The improvement of teachers’ quality is the catalyst for the development of school characteristics, and school-based teaching and research is one of the effective ways to develop the in-service teachers’ ability. Based on the status quo of teachers’ professional development in the process of internationalization of the school, the Guangdong Overseas Chinese High School Research Team constructed questionnaires and interviews to construct the core competence elements of teachers, including teaching ability, curriculum ability, scientific research ability, cross-cultural communication ability, cooperation and communication ability, and tool application ability. Six aspects. The research group further constructed a school-based teaching and research model and set up five major thematic projects as the carrier of school-based teaching and research implementation, centering on the common vision of the school’s internationalization process and the improvement of teachers’ core competence. Practice has proved that school-based teaching and research that focuses on the core competence of teachers enhances the enthusiasm, self-consciousness, and initiative of teachers’ professional development.
