对深圳市无公害蔬菜生产基地19种蔬菜中的重金属包括铜、锌、铅、镉、铬的含量进行了测定和分析,参照有关标准对其污染程度进行了分级,结果表明,目前深圳市蔬菜中重金属含量均能满足无公害绿色蔬菜标准的要求。
The contents of heavy metals including copper, zinc, lead, cadmium and chromium in 19 kinds of vegetables in pollution-free vegetable production base in Shenzhen were measured and analyzed. The pollution degree of these vegetables was graded according to the relevant standards. The results showed that the vegetables Heavy metal content can meet the requirements of pollution-free green vegetables standards.
