近10多年来,单克隆抗体的应用使诸如器官移植、癌肿、药理学、内分泌学、遗传学和细胞生物学等生物学领域内的研究发生了重大变革。本文综合论述单克隆抗体技术在药理学上的应用,并探讨在诊断和治疗中采用单克隆抗体以识别单个或同类药物、供诊断用的药物抗体及其用途,包括:(1)药品检定;(2)药物动力学研究;(3)细胞表面受体分析和(4)药物分子内构型变化的研究。供治疗用的抗体主要用于逆转地高辛过量时的毒性并发症,该法亦可能适用于其它药物。单克隆抗体
For nearly 10 years, the use of monoclonal antibodies has revolutionized the research in the biological fields such as organ transplantation, cancer, pharmacology, endocrinology, genetics and cell biology. This article reviews the pharmacological applications of monoclonal antibody technology and explores the use of monoclonal antibodies in the diagnosis and treatment of single and similar drugs for the diagnosis of drug antibodies and their use, including: (1) drug testing; (2) pharmacokinetic studies; (3) cell surface receptor assays and (4) studies of the molecular endoreduplication of drugs.
