Geochemical behavior of heavy metals in estuaries, the final destination is transferred to the sediment to go. The study of heavy metals in the sediment is of great significance to understand the migration and transformation of heavy metals in estuaries and their accumulation in the sediment, and then to evaluate the heavy metal pollution in the region. The Yellow River is known for its high silt content, transporting about 1.2 billion tons of sediment to estuaries every year. The huge amount of sediment in the Yellow River accumulates in the coastal area on the delta of the estuary, resulting in the dramatic evolution of the delta. Therefore, much of the research on the Yellow River Mouth concentrated in this area. There are few reports on the movement of heavy metals and their geochemical behavior in the Yellow River Estuary.
