新阅读时代出现了以电子阅读器、网络客户端等浅阅读的模式,浅阅读主要以跳跃式、选择性的阅读为主,学生对文章的理解处于肤浅的层次,不利于学生逻辑思维的形成,以致高中图书馆的管理面临机遇与挑战的两种境界。图书馆管理的核心是指为在校的师生提供需要的知识资源,根据师生对图书的需求进行管理上的调整并体现人性化管理的理念。在新阅读时代背景下,本文从图书馆管理人员、环境建设和服务内容等三个方面详细探讨了图书馆人性化管理的具体措施,旨在提高图书馆的管理效率,为广大的师生提供有针对性的服务,从而提高服务质量。
