随着胜利油田各区块产层开发深度的增加,地温升高,灰质泥岩段增长,钻井施工中,钻井液受到碳酸根、碳酸氢根污染情况加重。碳酸根、碳酸氢根污染的最大特点是:钻井液粘度高、切力大(尤其是终切力)、触变性强,使用稀释剂处理效果差或无效果,且钻井液中的气泡不易清除,对钻井液性能影响严重。现场采用加入适量熟石灰的方法,有针对性地对碳酸根、碳酸氢根污染进行处理,效果明显。在丰深4井等井的施工中达到理想的处理效果。
