目的 :探讨不同程度急性低氧对家兔心室肌细胞去极和复极的影响。方法 :采用两组家兔人工吸入 12 .5 %和8.5 %低氧气体 ,模拟海拔 4 0 0 0 m和 6 5 0 0 m高原急性低氧。于急性低氧前和急性低氧后 5、10、15、2 0 m in,各时间记录心电图 ,测算 Q- Tc和 J- Tc间期。结果 :急性低氧两组 Q- Tc间期均延长。J- Tc间期 12 .5 %低氧组延长 ,8.5 %低氧组缩短。结论 :急性低氧可改变家兔心肌去复极的不均一性
Objective: To investigate the effects of acute hypoxia on depolarization and repolarization in rabbit ventricular myocytes. Methods: Two groups of rabbits were used to artificially inhale 12.5% and 8.5% hypoxia gas to simulate the acute hypoxia at altitude of 4 000 m and altitude of 6500 m. Electrocardiogram was recorded before acute hypoxia and at 5, 10, 15, 20 min after acute hypoxia, and Q-Tc and J-Tc intervals were calculated. Results: Acute hypoxia in both groups Q-Tc interval were prolonged. J- Tc interval 12.5% hypoxia group prolonged 8.5% hypoxia group shortening. Conclusion: Acute hypoxia can change the heterogeneity of myocardial depolarization in rabbits
